Pure Motion is an upmarket yoga studio in the refurbished Morningside Shopping Centre in Rivonia. It offers exclusive classes in yoga, pilates, dance and kettlebells as well as on–site chiropractors, physiotherapists and sports massage. The concept for the logo was the portrayal of the holistic, well–being services that Pure Motion offers whilst functioning as a strong design icon that would eventually become a single unit of distinction associated with the studio.

The lotus flower icon represents everything balanced and holistic whilst at the same time indicating the three core offerings that Pure Motion offer – namely yoga, dance and pilates. The logo is fresh and contemporary with a timeless feel and its application onto merchandise, stationery, etc portrays a corporate identity that is elegant and delivers on the intended design criteria.
